Texas Badge of Honor Adventure
April 24 @ 10:00 pm - May 2 @ 5:00 pm MST

In the continued pursuit of the elusive Badges of Honor, we will travel and complete all 3 trails in the Great State of Texas Ya’ll!!! We will also spend the weekend with Jeep Jamboree in Palo Duro Canyon!
You will need to register with Jeep Jamboree to participate which costs $435 per adult, a small price to pay considering you get two full days of off-roading, food and having everything taken care of for you! If you prefer NOT to participate in Jeep Jamboree, no worries! You are welcome to join us in Big Bend, Austin or Dallas instead!
IMPORTANT!!! Jeep Jamborees fill up extremely fast once registration opens, typically within an hour!!! The Palo Duro registration opens on December 3rd at 11:00 AM Arizona time. Mark your calendars, set an alarm and register for the event at 11: 01! Just pretend this is a Southwest check-in and you’ll be fine 😊

Big Bend National Park, TX
Arrival: April 30th
Departure: May 2nd
We will arrive at the Big Bend National Park on Wednesday late afternoon. Numerous camping, RV spots and hotels are available in the area but I would recommend booking early to guarantee a spot in the park! Amazing scenery, numerous hiking trails, hot springs, and river kayaking are some of the attractions in the area. Of course, we will also complete the Black Gap Badge of Honor Trail on Thursday May 1st. From there it’s a long drive back to Phoenix which we can all drive together or separately.

ALLTRAILS Description
I understand that some people are not willing to drive long distances to complete the entire Adventure. As such, you have a choice of joining us for any of the stops above. Just let us know in the comments.
In the OHV parks we expect to cover trails on the 4 to 6 difficulty levels. For Gladiators, 2.5 inch lift and 35 inch tires are highly recommended. Black Gap trail in Big Bend is relatively easy and is suitable for any stock Jeep.
The dates for this trip are set in stone. Serious Illness, Jeep breakdown, or World War 3 are probably the only three things that will force me to cancel this trip. Therefore, if you plan on attending, please go ahead and book your reservations now, especially in Big Bend which tends to sell out quickly. In all 3 areas we will be visiting, there is camping, RV spots and hotels/cabins for you to choose from.
